Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has been completed and final report filed in C.C.No.443 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate - III, Kilvelur and the case is posted for hearing on 03.02.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31458 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - III, Kilvelur on 03.02.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
