ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.12.2021 for the offence under Section 306 of IPC, in Crime No.1627 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and the de facto complainant are neighbours, due to previous enmity and depression made by the petitioners the defacto complainant's mother has committed suicide. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are no way connected with the alleged offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case and that they have been suffering incarceration for more than 25 days from 07.12.2021 and hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise objection stating that the petitioners are neighbours to the deceased and the deceased is aged about 41 years, due to mental agony caused by the petitioners, the de facto complainant mother committed suicide. He would further submit that RDO report is pending and that the investigation is not completed.

5. On seeing the fact that RDO report is pending and that the investigation has not been completed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
