O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned APP submits that on a complaint lodged by K.Maheswari/4th https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, a case in Crime No.131 of 2016 was registered by the 3rd respondent-police on 05.04.2016 for offences under Sections 504, 417, 403, 120[b], 302 and 506[b] read with Section 34 I.P.C. and the investigation is in progress. Therefore, for the purpose of investigation, the 3rd respondent-police has come to Krishnagiri and sought the assistance of 1st respondent and 2nd respondent for serving summons on the petitioners herein.

4. Since regular case has been registered against the petitioners before the 3rd respondent-police, the relief of not to harass cannot be granted by this Court. However, it is open to the petitioners to appear before the 3rd respondentpolice and participate in the enquiry or inter alia approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief.
