ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent to give police protection at the house property having an extent of about 1321 sq.ft., comprised in Survey No.144, Ward No.33, situated at Door No.29/9, VOC 2nd Street in Ponniammanmedu, Madhavaram, Chennai - 600 110.

2. Heard Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent 1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's father-in-laws was the owner of the property and the respondents 4 to 6 are the tenants residing in the house. There is a tenancy dispute between the parties and in this regard the petitioner has given a complaint to the 3rd respondent on 16.06.2021 and the same is still pending.

4. Considering the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, 3rd respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 16.06.2021, after issuing notice to the counter parties and giving opportunities to them.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
