J U D G M E N T

This case came up for hearing on 22.11.2018. On that day, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff, filed a memo, reporting no instructions from the plaintiff and therefore, the case was directed to be listed on 28.11.2018, with the name of the plaintiff. On that day, i.e. on 28.11.2018, when the case was called, no one was appearing, therefore, it was directed to be listed today, i.e. 05.12.2018, under the caption "For dismissal".

2.When the case is called today, there is no appearance for the plaintiff. Hence, this suit is dismissed for default.
