ORDER

Alleging contempt of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7495 of 2017 dated 28.04.2017 by the respondents, this contempt petition has been filed.

2.By order dated 21.07.2017, this Court dismissed this contempt petition as against the first respondent. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent has submitted that the petitioner has not approached the police authorities for police protection as directed by this Court in the order dated 28.04.2017 made in Crl.O.P.No.7495 of 2017. Further, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has to approach the competent authority and remit the necessary fee for the survey and measurement to be conducted in respect of the property in question, to carry out the fencing work.

3.Recording the above statement made by the learned Public Prosecutor the contempt petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to have the survey conducted in respect of the property in question on 04.09.2017 by remitting the necessary fee to the authorities. It is also made clear that the petitioner has to make

appropriate application before the respondent police seeking police protection in respect of his property, of course at his own cost for such police protection.
