Criminal Revision Petition has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 CR.P.C.1973, praying to call for the records and set aside the impugned order in Crl.M.P.No.225 of 2017 dated on 22.06.2017 in S.C.No.33 of 2014 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Arakkonam, Vellore District and direct the trial court to summon the two proposed accused namely Raniammal and Poongodi.
