The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30658 of 2024 order dated 09.12.2024 imposed by this Court.

ah 2.Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). Investigation completed and final report filed before the Special Court (Exclusively for POCSO Act), Chennai in Spl.S.C.No.316 of 2024.

3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court (Exclusively for POCSO Act), Chennai on 06.02.2025 and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
