Defendants C.S.No. 256 of 2000 Civil Suit praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass a Judgement and Decree against the Defendant as follows: a) For a declaration that the plaintiff is the absolute owner of the limited copyright viz., the world satellite television rights in the picture

"Subash" Tamil colour starring Arjun, Revathi etc., and directed by R V Udhayakumar for perpetual period.

b) For a permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents, assignees, servants or any other person acting on their behalf from interfering with the plaintiff's limited copyright viz., world satellite television rights and telecasting the picture "Subash" Tamil starring Arjun, Revathi ect., and directed by R.V. Udhayakumar for perpetual period.

c) For costs of the suit.

This civil suit coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr. K. Harishankar, advocate for the plaintiff herein and Mr.Y. Anil Kumar, advocate for the 2nd defendant herein and Mr. Madhan Babu, advocate for the 3rd defendant herein and the 1st defendant herein nor appearing in person or by advocate and upon reading the plaint and the memo dated 29.07.2021 and the learned counsel for the plaintiff having submitted that he has got instructions to withdraw the suit to that effect he has also filed a memo and this court doth recording the said statement and it is ordered as follows:- That the Suit C.S. No. 256 of 2000 be and is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

2) That there shall be no costs of this suit.
