Both the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the respondents submitted that there is a possibility of amicable settlement between the parties.

2.Therefore, this matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai.

3.Mr.T.Sivananthan, Cell:9841031135, is appointed for Mediator.

4.The appellant and the respondents are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 30.09.2024 without fail.

5.The Mediation Centre is directed to conclude the proceedings not less than three sittings, on or before 16.10.2024.

6. The Registry is directed to list the case before this Court on 16.10.2024 along with report.

7.Post the case on 16.10.2024.
