Application No.504 of 2022 has been filed to transpose the applicant/4 th plaintiff viz., Indirabai Singhvi as the 2 nd defendant in TOS.No.27 of 2020.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing this application.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in this affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed as prayed for.

4.In the meanwhile, the second plaintiff counsel Mr.G.Mutharasu had given change of Vakalat.

5.It was submitted that Mr.Ralph V.Manohar has filed Vakalat for the second plaintiff.

6.Post the matter on 22.03.2022.
