ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.7933 of 2022 dated 27.06.2024. 2.

It is submitted that the writ appeal has been preferred and an interim stay has been granted.

In view thereof, the Contempt Petition stands closed with a liberty to petitioner to reopen the contempt, subject to the outcome of the writ appeal. 22.09.2025 : yes/no veda
