Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.27362 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 and punish them accordingly. 1/4

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.27362 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024, thereby the respondent was directed to return back the vehicle to the petitioner and to settle 10% of the bill amount with interest within a time frame.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced letter dated 08.04.2025 of the respondent, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.27362 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 08.04.2025.
