On an earlier occasion, i.e., on 27.01.2025, this Court passed an order and the relevant portion of the order is as follows : '' 2. Since the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner felt seriously ill, and was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court, time to comply with the order dated 25.11.2024 is extended till 6/2/2025, failing which the order granted by this Court on 25/11/2024 shall stand vacated.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has not complied with the earlier direction of this Court dated 27.01.2025. This Court is inclined to take up the main revision case itself for hearing. Hence, the miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
