O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 353, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused said to have threatened the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in noway connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed counter and submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed. He further submitted that the petitioner is a notorious criminal and that there are thirty one previous cases pending against the petitioner. this petition.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has involved in serious offences and the petitioner is a notorious criminal and that there are thirty one previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
