2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Submitted that on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant a petition enquiry has been conducted in C.No.85 of 2020 and the same was closed.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
