This appeal is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Mr.S.Sounthar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the above appeal was dismissed as abated and in the order copy, instead of mentioning the "decree is inseparable", it was wrongly mentioned as "decree is inexecutable".

3. In view of the above submission, the Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the order dated 10.03.2020 and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
