ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. It appears that the complaint has been given to the Commissioner of Police by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodged a fresh complaint before the second respondent police and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
