Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take steps to survey, mark boundaries of the petitioners lands and duly issue her FMB sketch for the same on the basis of the payment made in the challan dated 13.06.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take steps to survey, mark boundaries of the petitioners lands and duly issue her FMB sketch for the same on the basis of the payment made in the challan dated 13.06.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. In order to survey the land of the petitioner, she had made an application on 13.06.2022 by making payment of necessary fee to the 1st respondent and to consider the same and do the needful to complete the survey, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.S.Sathia Chandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and needful would be undertaken by the respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional 2 / 4

Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and taking note of the innocuous nature of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "There shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 13.06.2022 and do the needful as claimed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
