This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.14694 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12394 of 2022 on 23.09.2022 to report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the charge sheet.
