Dubbed Version of the Tamil Picture titled "Bashaa" (Colour - Scope) in respect of the areas of CEDED, Krishna and West Godavari Districts as known in the film trade for a period of 5 years commencing from 07.04.2000. b) for a permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their servants, agents, men or anybody claiming through or under them in any way infringing the limited copyright of the plaintiffs in respect of the areas of Ceded, Krishna and West Godavari Districts of the Telugu Dubbed Version of the Tamil Picture "Basha" (Colour - Scope) either by publishing any advertisements relating to the said areas or distributing, exhibiting and exploiting the said picture in the said areas or in any other manner whatsoever. JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the plaintiffs would submit that the prayer sought for in the suit has become infructuous. Hence, it may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement in the plaint to the following effect :

"Since the relief had become infructuous, this suit may be dismissed as infructuous"
