O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from erecting bus stop on the "In" and "Exit" way of the petitioner's petrol bunk situated at Door No.125, Chengundram Salai (Redhills Road), Ambattur,

2. The case of the petitioner is that respondents are trying to put up a bus stop in front of the petrol bunk. Hence the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 23/12/2022 to the respondents. Since the same has not been considered so far, petitioner has come forward with the instant writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the year 2010 itself, the respondents had made an attempt to construct the bus stop. Hence, the petitioner had filed W.P.No.18168 of 2010. Vide, order, dated 7/2/2018, this Court, recording the statement of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation that they have no proposal to erect Page No:2/4

bus shelter in the exit way of the petitioner's petrol bunk, closed the writ petition. Again, the respondents are making an attempt to construct bus stop.

5. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation, on instructions submitted that Corporation is maintaining the same stand as taken in the earlier writ petition. There is no proposal to construct bus stop.

6. In such a view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23/1/2023 mvs.
