Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.01.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. On a reading of the complaint, It appears that a serious allegation is made by the petitioner and the same is disclosing the commission of cognizable offence. Hence, the respondents police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.14/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
