Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to produce the revised plan in L.P.DM.No.4/73 pertaining to the lay out called "Mahalakshmi Nagar" situated at Rajakilpakkam Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chingleput District relates to the propeties to an extent of 7 Acres and 50 cents of Punja Lands comprised in S.No.38A/1B, 38A/2A, which has been formed in the year 1972-1973 as originally approved by the Town Country Planning Department by way of L.P.DM.No.89/72 and subsequently revised by way of L.P.DM.No.4/73, and to forbear the respondents from initiating any hasty action depriving the petitioners rights of ownership and possession of the properties in Plot Nos.
91 to 95 situated in a layout called "Mahalakshmi Nagar" situated at Rajakilpakkam Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chingleput District relates to the properties to an extent of 7 Acres and 50 cents of Punja Lands comprised to S.No.38A/1B, 38A/2A, which has been formed in the year 1972-1973 as originally approved by the Town Country Planning Department by way of L.P.DM.No.89/72 and subsequently revised by way of L.P.DM.No.4/73.

When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e. on 07.04.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 17.07.2025 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
