By the impugned order dated 08.02.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1824 of 2017 in Crime No.263 of 2017, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioners have appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.for a period of one month. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction to relax the said condition. 2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent and submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court, regularly.
3.Heard both the sides.

Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.1824 of 2017 in Crime No.263 of 2017 dated 08.02.2017, in respect of reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one month, only is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, shall remain unaltered.
5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
