This Contempt petition is arising out of the order passed in W.P.No.19794 of 2021 dated 17.09.2021, wherein a direction was given to the respondent herein to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2007, within the period of eight weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this order.

2. It is now submitted by learned Government advocate appearing for the respondents that the representation of the petitioner was considered and accordingly an order dated 04.01.2022 has been passed in Letter No.42097/ULC-I(2) 2021-1. In view of the compliance of the order dated 17.09.2021 in W.P. No.19794 of 2021 passed by this Court, this contempt petition may be closed accordingly.
