ORDER

Though the writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to promote the petitioner as attender. Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the vacancy available is already filled by the fourth respondent. Such view of the matter, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. However, it is well open to the petitioner, if really aggrieved, challenge the action of the respondent.

2. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
