This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.04.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On a reading of the complaint, dated 23.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR Nos.63 of 2016 against one Krishnamoorthy. On a complaint given by the said Krishnamoorthy, a case in CSR.No.64 of 2016 has been registered.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that enquiry was conducted in both CSR.Nos.63 of 2016 and CSR.No.64 of 2016 and same has to be closed. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

5.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
