According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in FCOP.No.316 of 2015 against the respondent for divorce, which is still pending. According to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, there is no interlocutory application is pending before the court below in the above petition. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the court below to dispose of the said OP within the time

frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. By considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion, is inclined to direct the Family Court, Salem to dispose of the FCOP.No.316 of 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
