ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR No.52 of 2012 dated 21.11.2012 on the file of the 1st respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the first respondent police has investigated into the matter and filed a charge sheet and the case was also taken on file in C.C.No.822 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode and was posted on 30.09.2019 for appearance of the accused. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
