Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19362/2021 order dated 15/11/2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.ELAVARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19362 of 2021 on 15.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
