ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to file a final report relating to the Crime No.12 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police, G-1, Kallakurichi Police Station, Villupuram District, forthwith, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.12 of 2015 on 07.01.2015. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
