ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose the Revision Petition dated 28.12.2022 against the Order dated 29.02.2016 in Na.Ka.No.2767/2009/A2 on the file of the second respondent.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that as against the eviction Order passed under section 78 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, the petitioner has filed a revision before the Commissioner under Section 21 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act. Hence, he seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. According to him, though the revision has been filed on 28.12.2022, it is yet to be numbered and if it is in Order and the same will be numbered and disposed of as per law.

4. In such view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to number the Revision and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if the Revision is taken on file.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
