ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.11.2021 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.510 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that A1 and the deceased are friends and they were running a finance business jointly. There is a dispute in between for the past six months and thereafter, the deceased left from the partnership. In that motive, A1 and the petitioners/accused and all others have planned and murdered the deceased. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are no way connected with the alleged offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioners have been suffering incarceration for more than 44 days from 27.11.2021 and hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that there was a dispute between A1 and the deceased regarding finance business, due to which, on the date of occurrence, A1 stabbed the deceased and the petitioners herein and others helped A1 for committing murder, thereby, the deceased sustained fatal injuries and died. He further submits that still three more accused were absconding and the investigation was not yet completed. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both counsel and also considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners by accompanying with A1, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
