ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.12.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with law. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint, C.S.R.No.255 of 2021 assigned but there is no action has been taken. Hence, the above petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that there is some land dispute between the petitioner and the counter petitioner. In this regard, both parties gave complaint against each other and on receipt of the same, C.S.R.No.255 of 2021 and C.S.R.No.254 of 2021 assigned. It is a case and counter case and both CSRs are pending for enquiry. The petitioner and the counter petitioner were called for enquiry and the enquiry to be completed within a period of three weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
