JUDGMENT

This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 29.11.1995 made in AS.No.32 of 1995, on the file of Sub Judge, Poonamallee reversing the judgment and decree dated 19.12.1994 made in OS.No.485 of 1993 passed by the learned District Munsif, Tambaram.

2.The first appellant died and steps are taken to bring the legal heirs of the first appellant. It is also reported that the sole respondent died long back. However, till today, the appellants did not take any step to bring the legal heirs of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sole respondent on record. Therefore, this second appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated as against the sole respondent.
