Seeking a direction to the respondent police to proceed with F.I.R., in Crime No.4 of 2014 dated 20.01.2014 and file final report within a reasonable time, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is in progress and A.3 in this case has been arrested and A.1 is absconding. 4.Under such circumstances, the respondent is directed to expeditiously conduct investigation in Cr.No.4 of 2014 and proceed further in accordance with law.
