This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3864 days to bring the legal heirs on record of the deceased third respondent namely Komarappa Gounder.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection in allowing this petition. Having considered the same, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
