This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1330 of 2020 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-IV, George Town, Chennai, thereby taken cognizance for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that a warrant is pending as against the petitioner and as such, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief at this stage.
