There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner / Insurance Company shall deposit 50% of the award passed by the Tribunal with proportionate interest and costs if any, after adjusting the amount if any already deposited, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Vaniyambadi in MCOP.No.46 of 2014, within a period of four weeks, failing which, the interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, without further reference to the Court.

2. Notice returnable in four weeks. Private Notice is also permitted.

3. Post after four weeks.
