O R D E R

This petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR in Crime No.513 of 2012 under section 417, 420 IPC r/w 15(ii), 15(b) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, dated 02.08.2012 on the file of the respondent and Quash the same. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost completed and awaiting chemical report.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR. However, considering the crime is of the year 2012, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.513 of 2012 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
