ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.11.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(C) of TNP Act and Section 77 of JJ Act, in Crime No.1063 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 70 numbers of liquor bottles. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are 28 previous cases pending against him. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.33814 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025 on the ground that the petitioner had bad antecedent against him.

6. Since there is no change in circumstances to revisit the earlier order passed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 12.01.2026 drl 2/4
