Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 16.04.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.No representation for the petitioner.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint dated 16.04.2016, the petition enquiry in CSR No.93 of 2016 was conducted and closed on 25.06.2016, since the matter essentially relates to a civil dispute. He further submitted that there is a 138 prosecution case pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur.
