Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Cr.No.259/2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arni and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.118 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since charge sheet has already been filed in Cr.No.259/2013, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Original Petition is closed.
