ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.45/2015.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner handed over the CD before this Court containing the conversation of the Investigating Officer.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.45/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
