ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to recover the Sridhana properties of the petitioner's deceased daughter Hema Prabhavathi from the 3rd, 4th and 5th respondents and hand over the same to the petitioner's grandchild Minor Dharavi, till she attains majority. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.On 10.10.2013, the respondents 3 to 5 appeared before the 2nd respondent and handed over the Sridhana articles to the petitioner, for which, the petitioner also acknowledged the same day on 10.10.2013. In view of the above nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
