Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble XI Additional Special Sessions Judge for CBI Cases on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5232 of 2018 in Crl.A,.No.215 of 2018 and on 28.03.2018.[CRL.MP.NO.1165/2020] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SELVAKUMARASWAMY Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5232 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.215 of 2018 dated 28.03.2018.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5232 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.215 of 2018 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the XI Additional Special Sessions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai once in six months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
