S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When this miscellaneous petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the intervenor, on instructions from the intervenor, who has been present in court, sought permission of this court to withdraw the miscellaneous petition. Permission is granted accordingly.
2. In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
