2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more.

3. On the other hand, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Review Application filed by the petitioner has already been rejected by the first respondent and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
