The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the dispute with the respondent has been resolved although the Advocate Commissioner was appointed to seize the vehicle.

2. It is further submitted that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the application.

4. The Advocate Commissioner is directed to return the warrant to the Registry.
